By purchasing products marked as "not for resale" from our website, you agree to the following terms and conditions:
Use for Personal Use Only: Products marked as "not for resale" are intended for personal use only. You agree not to resell, distribute, or otherwise commercially exploit these products.
By purchasing products marked as "not for resale" from our website, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these terms and conditions.
Purchases
If you wish to purchase any product or service made available through the Farmish Jewel Co., you may be asked to supply certain information relevant to your purchase including, without limitation, your name, address, and payment information.
Subscriptions
Some parts of the Service are billed on a subscription basis. You will be billed in advance regularly before shipment of the product.
Content
Our Service allows you to post, link, store, share, and otherwise make available certain information, text, graphics, videos, or other material. You are responsible for the content that you post on or through the Service, including its legality, reliability, and appropriateness.
Changes
We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will try to provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.

Return and Refund Policy
Returns
We want you to be 100% satisfied with your purchase, however, if for any reason you are not satisfied, we cannot accept most returns for hygienic purposes. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging undisturbed. Please reach out regarding why you would like a return before attempting to do so. Almost all returns will be rejected. We will do our best to come up with an alternate solution.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment. You will receive the credit, time dependent on your card issuer's policies.
Exchanges
If you need to exchange an item, please contact us within 7 days of the purchase date. To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging undisturbed. Exchange is fully dependent on our approval of the condition of the jewelry. If packaging is even somewhat flawed or faulty, your exchange will be denied and you will be responsible for shipping back to you.
Shipping
You will be responsible for paying for your shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of initial AND return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
